Hall of Honour

Let's Celebrate the People of Our Sport

Over the past 6 years that the festival has operated we have been building a Hall of Honour for the sport of dodgeball and its connection to the festival.  In the past we honoured all the medal winners and then the committee that made the first festival happen.

Last year we honoured individuals and teams that have had a huge impact on the game of dodgeball and who also have a deep connection to the festival. Past Inductees included Jen Ritchie, Matt Lawrence, Vincent Bedard, Corey Oickle, Dan Potvin, Theresa Potvin, Glen Kurti, Mark Cizravi, Project Chimera, Spencer Sarault, and Beth Lascano.

In 2020 we will be inducting more deserving dodgeballers into the Hall of Honour. We are now accepting nominations for the Hall of Honour 2020.

We are looking for players, organizers, and leaders in dodgeball found in your area that you feel have gone above and beyond in bringing this great game to your community. If you know someone deserving and they have a connection to our festival then please send their name to us and they just might be a new inductee.

  • Players – must have achieved significant level and success in the game of dodgeball over a period of 7 years or more.
  • Organizers – must have demonstrated significant leadership in building the game of dodgeball in their area
  • Team – must have been a team for multiple seasons, helped the game improve and have achieved considerable success over a minimum 5 year period.

All nominations must have a close connection to the festival by having participated as a player, official or organizer.  Nominations must have a minimum 3 years connection to the festival.

These are the minimum requirements for entry to the Hall of Honour. Our committee will look at all nominations and make final decisions on the 6 inductees for 2020.
