Over the past 6 years that the festival has operated we have been building a Hall of Honour for the sport of dodgeball and its connection to the festival. In the past we honoured all the medal winners and then the committee that made the first festival happen.
In 2019 we honoured individuals and teams that have had a huge impact on the game of dodgeball and who also have a deep connection to the festival. Past Inductees included Jen Ritchie, Matt Lawrence, Vincent Bedard, Corey Oickle, Dan Potvin, Theresa Potvin, Glen Kurti, Mark Cizravi, Project Chimera, Spencer Sarault, and Beth Lascano.
In 2023 we will be inducting more deserving dodgeballers into the Hall of Honour. We are now accepting nominations for the Hall of Honour 2023. All of our planned inductees from 2020 will also be honoured in 2023. This will be a big class.
We are looking for players, organizers, and leaders in dodgeball found in your area that you feel have gone above and beyond in bringing this great game to your community. If you know someone deserving and they have a connection to our festival then please send their name to us and they just might be a new inductee.
PEOPLE NOMINATED MUST:
All nominations must have a close connection to the festival by having participated as a player, official or organizer. Nominations must have a minimum 3 years connection to the festival.
These are the minimum requirements for entry to the Hall of Honour. Our committee will look at all nominations and make final decisions on the 10 inductees for 2023.
