Credits 2020

Covid - 19 has closed our festival for three straight years. Never did we believe when we were forced to close in March 2020 that we would not see our dodgeball friends for three more years. Covid has been devastating and we hope that in 2023 that things will start to return to normal. We had hoped to offer our festival in 2022. We had the date booked and was about to release our dates shorty before Christmas 2021 when the government closed down all indoor events with at the time no end date in site. 

An event this size requires months of planning and large amounts of funds to be spent before the actual dates of the festival. In early January we were forced to shelve the event as we still had no end date for the lifting of restrictions and things needed to be booked. As we could not guarantee the event would be allowed to proceed and faced with a short time line we had no choice but to push the reopening to 2023. 

HOME COMING - We sincerely hope that you will return to the festival in 2023. We are using the theme Home Coming - Back to Barrie because this festival has been a big part of the reason the community has grown across the country and beyond. We want to see you all again and see the smiles and love of community that is our great sport of dodgeball. Back to Barrie 2023

Credits 2020 - Credits issued in 2020 can be used for the 2023 festival. Simply register your team and then email Tim@prosportsmanagement.ca asking to have your 2020 credit applied to your 2023 registration. 

Credits 2020 - Credits were issued to captains who registered in 2020. These credits are in the captains name and cannot be redeemed without communication from that person. If you want to have your credit transferred to a new person the captain must contact us.

Credits from 2020 cannot be redeemed for a cash refund. Credits can be used for all Pro Sports events. 

Teams withdrawing after March 31 will forfeit their deposit. Teams withdrawing after April 26 with forfeit their entry fee. A great deal of money and planning is done and we must enforce this policy. Please plan carefully.
